  • Yes. A consultation is required prior to any aesthetic or wellness treatment. This allows us to review your medical history, discuss goals, and determine the safest and most appropriate treatment plan.

  • All treatments are performed by a licensed registered nurse using a safety-first, nursing-led approach. While treatments are generally safe when properly administered, all medical procedures carry some risk. Individual eligibility is determined during consultation.

  • Certain treatments, injections, and medications are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform your provider if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding so we can determine appropriate care.

  • Appointments are recommended. Some services may be available same-day depending on availability. Please call, text, or DM to inquire.

  • Initial results may be noticeable within a few days, with full results developing around two weeks.

  • Results typically last 3–4 months, depending on the individual, treatment area, dosage, and metabolism.

  • Strenuous exercise should be avoided for 24 hours after treatment. Post-care instructions will be reviewed at your appointment.

  • Discomfort is typically minimal. Many fillers contain lidocaine, and additional comfort measures may be used to improve the treatment experience.

  • Hyaluronic acid fillers, including lip fillers, can be dissolved using hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate.

  • Most dermal fillers last between 6–18 months, depending on the product used, treatment area, and individual metabolism.

  • Most clients benefit from a series of treatments. The number of sessions depends on skin concerns and goals and will be discussed during consultation.

  • Mild redness and sensitivity are common and typically resolve within a few days. Downtime varies depending on treatment depth and enhancements used. Typically recovered after 7 days.

  • Peeling usually begins within a few days after treatment and can last up to a week. The amount of peeling varies by individual.

  • Makeup should generally be avoided until peeling is complete. Post-care instructions will be reviewed in detail during your appointment

  • Most IV treatments take 30–60 minutes, depending on the drip selected.

  • Frequency varies based on individual needs and wellness goals. Recommendations will be made during consultation.

  • Yes. Mobile IV hydration is available for groups of three or more, based on availability. Please contact us to inquire.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Aesthetic treatments are subject to $100 fee. Wellness treatment are subject to 50% of service fee.
